The Popover Jacket

Aaron Levine and the rest of his menswear design team at Club Monaco have really been pulling out all the stops this season. Where they've really been excelling is the outerwear. This past spring, we saw a lot of great military-inspired silhouettes, but this popover jacket is our favorite piece for the current state of transitional weather. Lined in cotton with a four-button placket, it has a tailored but relaxed fit and is full of details like a kangaroo pocket, snap buttons at the cuffs and zip vents at the sides—which makes the jacket easy to pull on and off. It's an unexpected cold weather layer that looks cool and casual. It's surprisingly versatile and now that the piece is on sale, it's even better.
