Deal of the Day

The Hooded Anorak

Spring is prime time for lightweight layers. In anticipation of April showers, having a hooded anorak on hand certainly makes sense. Crossing the line somewhere between a trench coat and a military jacket, this rich blue color reminds us of another spring piece we can't stop wearing. Made from a weather-resistant blend of cotton, nylon and polyester, we like the welt pockets at the chest and button flap pockets at the side. The length is versatile, and the white zipper adds a great contrast. At well under $100, it could be the piece you leave hanging in the office just in case.

$118 / $70 at Gap

Styling Tip

Dress it up with a pair of trousers, spread-collar shirt and tie from a thin fabric like cotton. For a cool off-duty look, follow suit with the model and wear a gingham shirt and chinos. We'd add a pair of canvas kicks to finish off the outfit.
