Andy Spade knows a thing or two about what makes a good brand. Perhaps that's how he's transformed Jack Spade from a peddler of hardy bags to a full-fledged lifestyle brand. His newest project, Sleepy Jones, aims to revitalize sleepwear by upping the quality, construction and fit. That means taking Japanese broadcloth fabric and combining it with French seams and finishing it with details like button cuffs and contrast piping on the collar and placket. To top it off, the stuff's made in the USA. These are pajama shirts that wouldn't look out of place under a blazer, and coordinating pants that could have you putting your reliable off-duty sweats on the shelf. Make no mistake, these are definitely pajamas. But the shirt is a style statement that says you know what you're doing. After all, most guys aspire to just wake up looking great. Maybe in some Sleepy Jones gear, that could actually be a reality.
