The Rocket Tee

Everyone remembers rocket pops as a kid. The ice cream man would roll into the cul-de-sac on a hot summer day, softly playing a jingly version of "Pop Goes the Weasel." After fumbling through your pockets for change, or running home to ask your parents for cash, you had all of three minutes to devour the sweet red, white and blue treat before it melted into a sloppy, sticky mess.  If you happened to be wearing a white T-shirt, that meant spots of red and blue quickly found themselves splattered on your duds. Sleepy Jones revisits that childhood snack with a hand-dyed t-shirt done up in the iconic tricolor scheme that not only reflects the rocket pop, but is also appropriate for the Fourth of July. Of course it's made in the USA, but the brand also notes that much like the original rocket pop, the shirt is "artificially flavored."
