    A relative newcomer to LA's retail scene, General Quarters sets itself apart with a healthy dose of attitude. Offering a selection of graphic tees, buttondowns and accessories, including owner Blair Lucio's other line of nautical inspired jewelry: Strong Arm Society. They also have a selection of vintage goods, chinos and henleys. Plus, Lucio's a wealth of information on vintage motorcycles.
