During Milan fashion week earlier this year, the New York Times credited such lines as Haversack and United Arrows' Chamoshita for fueling a movement coined "the New Japanese Dandyism"—a natty reinterpretation of an arm-chair scholar aesthetic with checkered sport jackets, bright socks and an English shoe.
