Ferris Bueller
Style

Life moves pretty fast
sometimes ... you'd better
look good.

FYI

Cameron's father's Ferrari wasn't a real Ferrari. Because it was too expensive to rent one, they made three fakes, each with a fiberglass body.

It's been 28 years since filmmaker John Hughes introduced us to a lovably acerbic young man who just wanted some time off. In Ferris Bueller's Day Off, said young man plays hooky, swipes a Ferrari and hits the big city with his buddy and girlfriend—and looks damn good doing it. Of course, not all the styles of 1986 translate to today, but what works is the confidence and swagger with which Ferris pulls off every piece, from a dapper suit and tie to some tropical printed trunks.
