Street Style Inspiration
When the weather warms up, it's easy to just throw on a pair of shorts and a T-shirt and call it a day. If you're looking for new ways to upgrade your current wardrobe with a shot of style, we've pulled together three simple moves to steal from some recent street style shots.
1
The
half-buttoned
shirt.
You're probably used to buttoning your shirt and leaving a few at the top undone. This cholo-inspired style reverses that and makes for an easy way to layer a button-down over a simple T-shirt.

Tied up.
Fashion-forward dudes everywhere are swapping out their belts for a long-sleeved shirt tied around their waists. A fresh take on a late-'90s grunge move, it works best with a flannel or denim shirt, but we've even seen some guys pull it off with a jacket, like Ami's designer Alexandre Mattiussi, seen here with the gents from Carson Street Clothiers.

Polo under
a blazer.
This one has a rakish, Italian vibe—pairing a polo shirt under a blazer or suit jacket. The key is finding a polo in a washed out color that's slim fitting but slightly slouchy for the perfect effect. The result is less country club and more continental cool.
