Motor City has just unveiled a handsome new luxury vehicle for the coming bike-to-work weather. Shinola's new Detroit Arrow bike is the first single-speed for the brand and offers a simpler, more straightforward cycling option. Streamlined for urban riding, it features a completely new TIG-welded TrueTemper steel frame design, manufactured at Waterford Precision Cycles in Wisconsin. The bike is hand assembled in Detroit with some sharp components, from a leather saddle and cork grips to puncture-resistant tires with a 3M reflective strip to deliver a smooth, safe ride. More affordable than their previous Bixby and Runwell models, the Arrow is available to purchase now for $1,000.
