America's Best New Designers
This morning, GQ and the CFDA announced finalists for the "Best New Menswear Designers in America," and the list is a group of familiar faces. A mix of start-ups and established brands, the finalists are:
- Burkman Bros. designers Doug and Ben Burkman
- Richard Chai
- Caulfield Preparatory designer Vincent Flumiani
- Frank Muytjens for J.Crew
- Billy Reid
- Unis designer Eunice Lee
The winner will be announced on February 12, and receive $50,000 along with a capsule collection with Levi's. (You might remember Robert Geller's last year.) And starting next week, GQ.com will post a series of studio visits with each finalist.
