The GQ Eye blog introduces us to Ben Hertz, the man behind Benjo's Boot and Shoe Lacing. Hertz started making the colorful waxed shoe laces after discovering some in Italy last spring. He couldn't find any here in the States, so he took matters into his own hands. They chat about the importance of sporting a little color, golf style and the importance of the web in the menswear game these days. That last one definitely comes in handy when your home base is in Minneapolis.
