Corter's Eric Heins pointed us to this blog post from Ande Whall, an independent denim designer from New Zealand. Whall, a one man shop, documented his hand-sewn process, capturing each step of making a pair of jeans—from unpacking the Japanese denim fabric and cutting the patterns, to sewing the pocket bags and fastening on the rivets and buttons. Pretty hardcore work.
