After cutting his teeth at Brunello Cucinelli's legendary compound in Solomeo, Italy for two years, Nishantha de Gruiter (or more simply, Nish to his friends and colleagues) took the opportunity to cross the ocean, working for Cucinelli in America.  It was here that he combined his vast knowledge of fashion and tailoring with his forecasting and leadership skills for four more years before moving on to Suitsupply. Nish's current title of "market maker" (he's indifferent to more traditional titles) is the most accurate way to describe his role. Since joining in 2011, he and Suitsupply have expanded across the country and North America, opening nine stores as well as a tenth this month in Seattle. And thankfully, their expansive online shop provides all the goods for those not in the vicinity of a brick and mortar. Always one to share his favorite finds, we asked Nish to give us a few of his current cold weather go-tos.
