You're likely going to be hearing the term "Movember" tossed around for the next few weeks. You may even see a few mustaches showing up around the office. Or even decide to grow one yourself.
Launched by some Aussies back in 2004 as a month-long celebration of the mustache—a symbol of masculinity—in honor of men's health issues like prostate and testicular cancer. Now a global effort, men grow 'staches all month raising money (and awareness).
Ask your barber what style might work with your hair texture and face shape. Keep it trimmed—the hair shouldn't grow over your lip. For a cleaner look, The Art of Shaving's master barber Carl Cwiok suggests shaving a quarter inch off of the area below the nose.
