Neutrogena's Healthy Skin ($11, at Drugstore.com) is a retinol moisturizer with multivitamins that "smoothes and hydrates skin while promoting cell turnover" and reducing imperfections.

It's labeled an anti-wrinkle cream, which means we likely never would've picked it up in the first place. But after several people in the grooming business mentioned that it was something they always used, we figured it was worth a shot.
