Hugh & Crye, $85
The spread collar is all but standard when it comes to dress shirts these days. And this fall, the slightly wider stance is also showing up in more dressed down shirts too. You may be used to only seeing a collar like this buttoned with a tie, but as you can see from Hugh & Crye's tartan cutaway, knotting up isn't necessary. From Wharf's plaid flannel to the inky indigo denim shirt by Ralph Lauren's Black Label, the shirts make for a pretty sharp off-duty look. That being said, don't be afraid to sport these under a jacket with your favorite seasonal tie.
