As a rule, you should be wary of affordable sunglasses. But there are exceptions to every rule, right? Carfia is a little-known brand that offers unexpectedly nice shades that far exceed your expectations. Available in a range of frame colors (we like the classic tortoise or smoky grey), the polarized lenses reduce glare while offering UV 400 protection, meaning these sunglasses block out light at the top of UV spectrum—even blue light. Plus, they come with a solid case and cleaning cloth.

It was only a matter of time, right? Ever since Birkenstock offered their wildly popular Arizona slides in a cushy, waterproof EVA material, we've been waiting to see if they'd introduce a similar foamy version of their Boston clogs. Extremely lightweight, washable and available in half a dozen colorways, these are probably the coolest mules you can get for less than sixty bucks. Our pick? The “Faded Khaki” green would be the most versatile color to pair with jeans, chino shorts and navy pants for the summer.

This is one all-American tote. A collaboration with Save Khaki United, imogene + willie says that this release is “the pinnacle of our Made In USA promise—with each and every element used in the construction of these pants having been produced here in the United States.” Cut and sewn from a 9-ounce cotton from Mt.Vernon—an American owned-and-operated mill that has been producing fabrics in the USA for over 175 years— the soft, faded blue bag features a stitched i+w plus sign and a handy single button flap patch pocket.

Like layers but don't like overheating? This shirt is for you. It's made from a lightweight blend of nylon and cotton for a cool, comfortable feel. And the relaxed silhouette features an adjustable drawstring at the hem for versatile styling options when worn buttoned up or open over a tank or tee. The fabric has undergone a special wash that provides a subtle crinkle texture, which also helps it lay against the skin comfortably despite hot, humid temperatures and the oversized pocket sits in the perfect spot, offering an unassuming detail.

Don't call it a dupe. This handsome watch is, of course, inspired by vintage Valjoux chronographs like the Rolex Daytona, but True North's VRT Legend offers a quality timepiece that's as rugged as it is reliable. Hand-finished and assembled in Los Angeles, the stainless steel case holds a durable meca-quartz movement that combines the accuracy of quartz with the feel and performance of a mechanical chronograph. It's offered with a few different watch faces, but we're definitely partial to the classic “panda dial” with a silver index, black tachymeter bezel insert, and aged lume on the hour and minute hands.
