The only downside to warmer weather? Without coats, we're suddenly without all those handy pockets to store our stuff. Which means a good tote is in order. The menswear blogfather, ACL's Michael Williams, introduced us to the Maine-based Port Canvas, who's making some stylish yet understated bags. This one, made from sturdy duck canvas, is stitched with sailmakers Dabond thread and uses heavy-duty cotton webbing for the handles. They've been around since 1968, when they started making bags from sailcloth scraps, and the bags are so reliable, they come with a lifetime guarantee.

Need some new clothes on the cheap? UNIQLO's collaboration with Jonathan Anderson is back again and full of affordable seasonal staples. But our favorite has to be this jacket. Available in both a hazy blue or natural off-white, the tailored jacket has been garment washed for added softness and texture. It's a bit like a chore jacket blended with a blazer, and it's the kind of piece you can wear all spring and summer.

The devil works hard, but Vacation works harder. The retro grooming company combines old-school looks, nostalgic scents and hilarious throwback branding with modern formulations for products that are good for your skin while boosting your spirits. Their latest? An easy-to-apply sunscreen stick. Featuring a teardrop shape for precision application and innovative “WaterGlide technology” for a non-waxy, tug-free glide, the stick goes on smooth and won't look shiny or leave a white cast on your face. Plus the hydrating formula moisturizes and protects skin with niacinamide, aloe, white tea and vitamin E.

Who's ready for some fun? As we head into summertime, Finisterre has just launched their Wander series, filled with lightweight pieces that are as durable as they are comfortable. The standout, for us, is this pair of shorts. Cut from breathable and water-resistant recycled nylon ripstop fabric, they're finished with generous cargo pockets and a half-elasticated waist for a relaxed, easy fit. If you like these, check out the shirt jacket that's cut from the same material.

This looks and feels like the perfect vintage score. But thankfully, it's readily available at your local CB2 store for a really reasonable price. From the mind of interior designer Nicholas Obeid, the piece seamlessly blends a low-slung polished stainless steel tray with a soft tan leather lining. It makes for a handsome catch-all on an entry table, night stand or desk. And bonus: It will only get better looking as it develops a natural patina over the next few years.
