The New Shoes on Our Radar

The best footwear releases for the end of summer

With so many great shoes dropping these days, we thought we’d pull a few of our current favorites to showcase. These are the kicks our team can’t stop talking about, built and ready especially for summer. But they’re the type that sell out fast, so if you’re digging them the way we are, you’d better pull the trigger.

XT-6

French ski-turned-sportswear giants Salomon are back with their F/W21 collection, and just in time. The company's premier lifestyle sneaker, the XT-6, was already just about the coolest shoe around, but dressed up in a mellow lavender, we can't imagine hitting the trails, bar or function in anything else. A lugged sole and “Quicklace system” means a locked down, stable fit with none of the fuss of a hiking boot, and a streamlined, sleek design that will be sure to turn heads wherever you go.

Revive ’94 Mid

Part retro sneaker, part futuristic hiking boot’and all the current rage’the Teva Revive '94 mid is the perfect addition to your shoe rotation that you didn't know you needed. Sourced right from the sandal brand's archive, and inspired by a vintage sandal hiker, these shoes are remastered for comfort and sustainability. Recycled straps, a RESIST waterproof coating, memory foam insole and spider rubber outsole are just some of the features this camp shoe has to offer.

Recess Runners

In a footwear world chockfull of bells, whistles and crazy styles, sometimes you just need a quality trainer to get you through the day. Corridor's goal with the Recess Runner, their first shoe, was just that’create a beautiful and durable sneaker that looks great anytime, anywhere. Crafted in Portugal with quality leather and suede, these retro kicks will never let you down.

EG Bondi L

Engineered Garments are known for being all about craftsmanship, so it's no surprise that their annual collaboration with cushy running shoe manufactures Hoka One One would be all about form and function. The Bondi L, already one of Hoka's most comfortable styes, gets a leather and suede makeover, incorporating new materials into the sneakers upper while maintaining it's maximally cushioned base. An EVA midsole, meta-rocker geometry and the running companies patented thick-soled look mean that this shoe will be the most comfy one to grace your foot this summer.

Stüssy x Boston Clog

How do you make a classic style even better? Make it pink. Birkenstock is back with its second collaboration with Stüssy, and it might just be our favorite shoes of the summer. The recipe is simple’take the already incredible Birkenstock cork sole, add a suede millennial pink upper (or burnt tan, or bone’the collab is available in three colorways), some minimal branding, and you're golden. We wish you luck in actually snagging a pair, but if that doesn't work’the original Boston is just as good, and much easier to get.
