Looking for one of those fuzzy cardigans, but don't want to overspend on the trend? This is what stores like Zara are here for. This brushed knit style is made from a soft (not scratchy) poly-blend and is cut with a relaxed boxy shape. The color is a warm, rusty orange that works well with everything from chinos to washed denim. And best of all, if you don't wear it as much as you think you might, well ... you're not out too much money.

Scent is heavy tied to memories. And memories are our main fuel for nostalgia. So the annual holiday candle from D.S. & Durga is our gateway to kicking off the season in style, filled with warm memories of the first time we cut down our own Christmas tree. The brand's “Portable Xmas Tree” scent gets revived each year, and for 2023 they've blended several types of evergreens with spicy clove and warm amber for a rich, seasonal scent. And if Christmas isn't your bag, they also now make a “Chanukah in the Desert” scent.

I was shopping in J.Crew this weekend and almost passed these by. But then something made me stop and look closer. From their vintage-inspired Wallace & Barnes line, the fabric is what really drew me in—a substantial herringbone cotton twill. Then I noticed the old school details like flap pockets and a seamless (aka Hollywood) waistband. I tried them on and the high-waisted style just looked damn good. They have crisp cuffs and hard-pressed creases that I'm told will stay sharp through washing and wearing. And this week, they're on sale, so I couldn't pass them up.

Equinox is as much a lifestyle as it is a gym, right? Come for the workout, but stay for the Kiehl's amenities and eucalyptus-scented towels. And just when you thought it couldn't get any sexier, they go and partner with New York-based label Áwet. The exclusive, 15-item capsule collection is focused on the intersection of understated style and functional performance apparel. Our favorite piece? This streamlined vest. What's more, you don't have to be a member to cop a piece.

Looking for some winter-ready loafers? G.H. Bass recently released this new take on the brand's lug-soled loafers. Based on their popular Larson last, the hand-sewn shoes have a slightly wider toe box, which complements wider cut pants. Finished with a classic antique gold horsebit detail over the tumbled, pebbled leather upper, these are slip-ons you can wear no matter how cold and wet the weather gets.
