Getting fits off in a
hybrid work environment

It’s been two years since the pandemic began and it seems like things are gradually going back to “pre-pandemic” times. We're eating in restaurants comfortably again, the kids are back in school full time. But the adults aren't going back entirely ... we've all grown quite accustomed to the hybrid return-to-office schedule, right?

Whether you're back in the office occasionally or three days a week, we're sure that your wardrobe may need an update. Sweatpants and athleisure are comfy, but it's time to give those looks a break and put on a proper outfit. Getting dressed for the office gives you the psychological delineation between work and home, but that doesn't mean it has to be uncomfortable.

Business casual has been the dress code for a majority of American companies, but let's try to elevate the look a bit. After all, it's been a while since we got a proper fit off in the office. Start with this field shirt from Buck Mason, which will keep you warm from the office chill and looks a bit dressier in a black colorway. Throw on a deep green knit polo to give your outfit a bit of panache that will boost your confidence in all those “in person” meetings. The cargo trousers will give you the comfort of some WFH sweatpants, but these look much sharper and offer a more tailored look. Lastly, don't forget a nice hand cream. Since you'll be sanitizing all day, a good balmy lotion will help keep those hands intact.
