This summer, stylish gents everywhere seem to be trading in their boat shoes for driving moccasins. There's certainly a throwback elegance to the shoe (just picture yourself darting around the Italian countryside). But you don't need a vintage Alfa Romeo to pull off a pair of the pebble-soled loafers. And if you're still unsure, you may want to check out Cole Haan's new Air Grant model. Hand-sewn with concealed Nike Air technology in the sole, the lightweight loafers are as handsome as they are comfortable. Instead of leather or suede, the shoes are cut from canvas that's both flexible and porous, allowing the foot to move and the skin to breathe. And while they're certainly not the first or the last moccasin we'll be seeing this season, they're definitely the coolest—literally.
