Paul Newman would've turned 84 this week and it got us thinking of this iconic photo. A favorite among the images tacked up on the big board of inspirations at Valet HQ, your eye is drawn to the boots immediately. Maybe it's Newman's stance or simply that he's otherwise in monochromatic dusty shades of beige, but there's a masculine elegance that's hard to deny. The boots are handsome, but not precious. Casual, but sturdy. Not unlike the man wearing them.
