The New
Type 1 Jacket

For their latest collaboration with Levi's, Supreme went way back into the denim brand's storied archive. Back to their first jean jacket. The original Levi's 506XX jacket debuted in the company's 1905 catalog and was made from 9 oz. denim. This single-pocketed, buckle-back jacket became extremely popular and was dubbed the "Type 1." (The familiar double pocketed version we know today was introduced in 1962.) Supreme's new version of the Type 1 has some of the same details as the original like a single chest pocket, pleating around the placket and a cinch back, but it's made for today. Crafted in America, the jacket is cut in a trimmer silhouette with steel buttons and a houndstooth lining on the inner yoke. It comes in four garment dyed cotton twill colorways along with an old school hickory stripe denim. Ideal for the guy who wants a cool jean jacket, but doesn't want to look like everyone else.

Also in olive, navy, hickory stripe and black.
