Stock Some Prosecco

Feel like traditional French champagne is a bit rich? Prosecco, its Italian cousin, is a simple sparkling wine that's a tad lighter and meant to be drunk young. This means you don't have to take it as seriously and that you can often find a decent bottle for under $25.

Depending on your personal taste, look for labels that read "gentile" or "frizzante" for some slight bubbles, or "spumante," which means a full-on fizz.

FYI

Prosecco is the main ingredient in the Bellini—the favorite brunch beverage made from white peach puree and sparkling wine.
