The Lightweight Trench

For the past few weeks, Chicago-based Stock Mfg. Co. has partnered up with stylish men of note for a series of limited-edition products. What separates these clothes from run-of-the-mill collaborations is that the guys designed them themselves—and they're being made in extremely small runs. Buyers pre-pay for the product, and only what's paid for will get made.  Meaning once it's gone, it's gone forever. The final collaboration was done with Atif Kazmi of Por Homme, and it's a doozy. Getting a great-fitting trench coat is tough unless you're willing to shell out some serious dough, but this awesome slim silhouette is going for under $300. Made in Chicago out of a water-resistant cotton/poly blend material sourced from Japan, the single-breasted placket has cool details like a ticket pocket, center vent and secure interior welt pockets for stuff like cell phones. The hidden placket adds a sleek, minimal touch, and it's versatile enough to go with everything in your closet. But it's going fast and with only a few days left to order, it's something we'd advise hopping on right now.

$275, at Stock Manufacturing Co.
