TRNK
Store

TRNK, the digital men's shelter magazine, has always had a marketplace where they pointed the audience to places where a reader could buy items inspired by the homes featured along with smart buys from sites like eBay and Etsy. But today, they're opening their own shop offering an edited selection of contemporary design pieces for your place all directly purchase-able from the TRNK site. We hit up co-founder Tariq Dixon for some of his favorites.

Entertaining

"We've really grown into playing host, but we've learned to entertain without it always being a big ordeal. Start off with just a quality serving board and a nice set of glassware. We're big into the handblown whiskey glasses from Seattle maker DeCicio. They're beautifully sculpted and tinted in a light smoke color that goes perfectly with an amber-colored drink."

Handblown glasses, $38 by DeCicio and slab cutting board, $60 by Fort Makers

Pillows & Throws

"The easiest way to add some color or pattern to a room, and to update an old sofa. They also help to make a space feel warm, comfortable—more like home."

Wool camp blanket, $156 by Auntie Oti and chevron pillow, $110 by Christian Rathbone

Incense

"Smell is often the most neglected sense when thinking about a home, but it really is one of the most important factors to creating an atmosphere. We're big into incense these days, and look for really interesting holders—making the incense about both sight and smell."
