15 Minute Wine Rule

There's no shame in scoring a great bottle for less than twenty bucks, but get the most out of your vino by drinking it at the ideal temperature. White wines are often served too cold, and reds too warm. Thus, there's a simple formula to follow: 15 minutes before you pour, put a bottle of red in the refrigerator or take a white out and let it sit.
