It features a 21-day plan to turn your body around fast, designed by a Hollywood trainer who specializes in high-intensity circuit routines. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces daily. "Staying hydrated will give you energy, lessen hunger, and actually prevent you from retaining water weight."

 

But cut out alcohol. "If you have two light beers every day, you add 1,540 calories and 92 grams of carbohydrates a week. Knock it off."
