Killer Kicks
For us, springtime means some new canvas kicks. And we're not alone. Derek Guy writes over at Put This On about saving money and upping your style with some affordable canvas sneakers. The kind that look better once they're a little lived in. Thankfully, they can take a beating. "Shoes that age well typically cost a lot money," he writes. "The exception to this is canvas shoes, which always look better with a bit of dirt and grass staining." And he provides some good examples as well.
Sneakers get a little too dirty?
Keep white shoes bright, clean and odor-free by tossing them in your washing machine's gentle cycle every six weeks (or as needed). Then let them air dry.
