If you haven't seen the adrenaline-fest known as American Ninja Warrior yet, allow us to set it up for you: the action-packed series follows competitors as they tackle the world's most difficult obstacle courses in four cities with the national finals round in, where else, Las Vegas. As you can imagine, these badass beasts competing are in top form. So Cool Material spoke with Aaron Himelright, a competitive rock climber and parkour enthusiast who made it to the finals in Vegas this year, to help create a workout that could get you into fighting (or competing) shape. The exercises are pretty simple and promise to be effective.
