One mildly brave Jalopnik writer gets into the driver seat of a Tesla Model S and relinquishes control to its new autopilot system. The car uses a forward-looking radar, a front-facing camera, 12 ultrasonic sensors and GPS to make sure everything stays on the road. And it seems to work surprisingly well, even if the tester gets a bit creeped out by how well the car drives itself. One thing's for sure, we're looking forward to less human error on the roads.
