Gentlemen Soldiers

Por Homme has some really cool images from Brooks Brothers' military archive. You didn't know they had a military archive? Neither did we. But apparently, the classic men's clothier has had a relationship with the Armed Forces dating back to 1818, when they opened their doors to the veterans of the War of 1812. Check out the imagery, which includes photographs of uniforms from the '40s, old ads and even sketches by the artist and Brooks Brothers associate Paul Brown.

To this day, officers in the United States Navy are still able to get uniforms made by Brooks Brothers and we’re sure they’re a sight to see.
