We recently happened upon the blog Young Man / Old Man. With a name that sounds like the title of a Japanese magazine, it chronicles the life and style of "a young clothing nerd, pontificating on many things old man." Things like tweed, tie dimples and vintage Brooks Brothers. We especially like his take on a makeshift tie bar—simply an angled safety pin. This does in fact, seem like something you'd see on an old gent and wonder, do you have the balls to pull that off? Kids today.
