If there are two things journalists love, it's a topical trend and, well, booze. So it seems appropriate that Newsweek takes on the recent phenomenon of craft, unaged corn whiskey—known colloquially as Moonshine. "It's not in a bathtub, nor, for that matter, in Appalachia," writes Jesse Ellison. "Modern moonshiners are among the artisanal, locavore, do-it-yourself foodies who made home-brewed beer, rooftop chickens, and at-home pickling part of the modern lexicon." We have to say, we do love that glass flask in which the King's County comes.
