Starting out in Brooklyn's Cobble Hill neighborhood, Mike Kuhle's Epaulet shop has always served up classic style with a British edge. He still stocks plenty of American designers, and makes sure that much of his lauded in-house line is ethically sound, well-made and priced fairly.
